Browsing

The server receives your IP address, the date and time, the requested page, browser information and the request outcome. This technical data is used to deliver the website, diagnose errors and protect against abuse, in the controller’s legitimate interest in operating a secure service. Nginx logs rotate daily, with 14 copies retained, normally around 14 days.

Technical services

The website is hosted by DigitalOcean on a server in Frankfurt. Cloudflare manages DNS; at launch, web traffic does not pass through its proxy. Providers may process technical data according to their respective roles and terms. Details of their processing and safeguards for any international transfers are available in DigitalOcean’s privacy policy and Cloudflare.

E-mail

When you email the public contact address, you provide your email address and message content. These are used to respond to your enquiry, including through Proton Mail, and retained for as long as needed to handle it and meet any applicable obligations. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, where relevant, or the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Sending an email is optional.

Cookies and external services

The website does not activate newsletters, analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Images are hosted on the website; social feeds are not embedded. Links to Instagram, Facebook, X and Fanvue open external services with their own privacy policies. This notice covers the public website, not the services offered by linked platforms.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable by contacting the controller. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the relevant supervisory authority. The website does not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them.
